Creative Captures Photography agrees to provide professional photography services as outlined in the service agreement. All sessions require advance booking and deposit.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. Full payment is due within 30 days of service completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled session will receive full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit deposit.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Creative Captures Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect service delivery.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
